A family source who confirmed his death to Channels Television said Late General Malu, had travelled to Cairo, Egypt for medical check-up but eventually died there at one of the hospitals.
Former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Victor Malu, is dead.
General Malu who served under Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo died at the age of 70 in Egypt on Monday.
