President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, Thursday, joined the people of Ijebu to mark their annual Ojude Oba festival.

The Ojude Oba festival, is one that celebrates the rich and colourful culture of the Yoruba people and is held annually in Ijebu Ode.

Expressing joy for the opportunity to fraternise with the kingdom, Saraki said it was an honour to join the Awujale of Ijebu, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona at this year’s edition.

Amid the highly organised event, the senate president went round in a pageant, waving and celebrating with the people of Ijebu.
