The Nigerian journalist, Kadaria Ahmed who laid a complaint about adultrated diesel yesterday, says that Total Nigeria has launched an investigation into her complaint.
The female journalist yesterday, Thursday, 15th August tweeted a complaint of an adultrated diesel purchased from one of Total’s filling stations in Nigeria.
She said that the product is suspected to have been mixed with kerosene, and upon realisation, launched a complaint on Twitter, tagging Total and urging them to do something about the predicament.
Total Nigeria, whose staff at the said filling station previously paid no heed to Ahmed’s complaint, have now responded by first putting a call to the complainant and thereafter started an investigation into the matter, while promising swift response.
Glad to report that @TOTALNigeria have called and are investigating my complaint. Kudos to them for the swift reaction. @Total
