A New York writer, Greg Dybec has affirmed that acts of kindness still exist after he was gifted with a Nigeria World Cup jersey.
According to him, he had met a Nigerian man in Russia and told him how much he loved the jersey. The man in turn, took his contact details and promised to send him one.
Greg said he didn’t believe the man’s words as he thought it was just a way of being brushed aside. He was however ecstatic when he received a parcel today only to discover that the man had actually kept to his words.
Greg thinks that if a man he didn’t know prior to the meeting could send him a jersey all the way from Nigeria, it only means that good people still exist.
The lemon green and white jersey designed with black patterns, which is considered the most beautiful, has sold out everywhere in the world.
