Nigeria has confirmed the third case of Coronavirus in Lagos, the country’s business capital.

Lagos State commissioner for health, Akin Abayomi, twitted this on Tuesday morning. He said the case is a 30-year-old Nigerian lady who returned from the United Kingdom on March 13.

She is now in isolation and receiving care at the Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.

“Contact tracing of all passengers and all those who may have come in contact with this latest case has commenced,” the Commissioner twitted.

The two previous cases recorded in Nigeria were males- the Italian businessman who imported the virus into the country and one of his close contacts.
