David Adeleke, a.k.a Davido has cancelled his ‘locked up tour’ due to the need for commitment to the National Youth Service Corps.
Davido, who was initially scheduled to visit Houston, Dallas, San Francisco and Los Angeles had sold out tickets to that effect.
He apologised for the disappointment and promised to reschedule, even as he noted that fans would be refunded for what was spent on tickets.
” I apologize to all my fans but duty calls ! 😫 But I promise new dates would be announced for Houston Dallas LA and San Francisco ❤️❤️❤️🌍🇺🇸 We will reschedule and add more dates. Shout out to all the fans who sold out each city so far,” he said.
This sudden decision towards commitment may not be unconnected to the rumour being peddled that people are unhappy with the preferential treatment from NYSC to Davido who has not been to his place of primary assignment neither has he been present for other duties expected of a serving corp member.
