Veteran Nollywood actress, Joke Silva has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari for winning the 2019 presidential poll.
Silva took to her Instagram handle to congratulate the president on his re-election.
She also congratulated his team calling them, ‘league of extraordinary gentlemen.’
