A tricycle operator has been arrested after knocking down an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), while driving against traffic.
The incident occurred, today, around Ajayi Farms, Ikeja. The LASTMA official, identified as Oladimeji, sustained injuries.
The driver, however, tried to evade arrest by speeding off, but was eventually arrested after a hot chase.
