The abominable act of stealing female underwear has continued to gain momentum as an unidentified man was today, caught with a bag of stolen pants at one of the female hostels of the Ogun State College of Health Technology.

According to reports, the suspect, who disguised as a woman, went to the hostel with the pretext of selling ice cream. However, he was found with more items than he initially came in with.

The development prompted the security guards to conduct a thorough search only to find a full bag of panties with him.

Further check also revealed that the suspect is a man and only disguised as a woman to gain entrance into the female hostel.

He has since been handed over to the police for thorough investigation.

Recall that in reaction to the recent unfortunate stories of theft of underpants rumoured to be used for ritual purposes, the Nigerian police, announced that suspects might be charged with attempted murder and not stealing.

This was announced by the Chief Superintendent of Police, Dolapo Badmus, on her Instagram page while decrying the disturbing spate of ritualistic acts.
